Chromium because it makes the internet touch compatable on linux. All you need is a touchscreen. (X230t for example)
I touch compatible i mean you can swipe back , and scroll any direction out of the box. Also the chrome home page is perfect for touch input.
That plus the addons, search box and mostly lightweight footprint makes it the best for me imo
