the one that will get you laid.

XC is magical. It's got a whole lot of neat shit being added to it, like one time pass key generation.

IMO keepassxc

I really wish someone would redesign the UI.
It's the only thing that stops keepass from being perfect

keepass 2

Can confirm that keepass 2 has gotten me laid multiple times.

Pass

password.txt - best choise

github.com/keeweb/keeweb

This uses a keepass database with the UI. Works as a web client and desktop application

don't know about keepassxc but keepassx is pretty lightweight and written in c++ whereas keepass 2 is written in c# if i'm not mistaken. i just don't like .net so i use keepassx but i've use both in the past and they both work well.

passwords.docx
with a password to read and write.

>keepass + msft usb encryption = gg

keepassxc is c++

>he's so dumb he can't remember passwords and needs to have them all in his computer

just write them all in a piece of paper and hide it inside a book you dumbfuck

>he's so dumb he cant remember passwords and needs to have them all hidden in a book

just use your brain and when you need it, think about it you dumbfuck.

I've been using KeepassXC for a while now, but I'm starting to want something that can sync with my phone. I realize it would be far less secure, but still. Might toss the database from KXC into Syncthing and do things that way.
It's more secure than using your browser's native shit, and still has the autotype function. Only reason I really use it.

Just use "pass"

>current year
>not using randomly generated passwords of 20 chars long
ISHYGDDT

I want to use a password manager, but I have to log in on computers besides my personal one for school. I don't want to use a shitty cloud based one, what do I do?

Don't keep your ass, give it to me.

>this really weak bait still gets replies

>I have to log in on computers besides my personal one for school
I wouldn't dare access my passwords from a source that wasn't my own personal computer.

Never know what kind of shit could be running on their computer. Why would you even want to?

This looks impressive.

It looks like a basic fucking pass manager.

I use "pass" for that.

All my database is in private gitlab. GPGv2 key to open it. The key itself is under a password.

Sinc it with Android client through Git with SSH.

I remember some similar shit on GitHub years ago.

lesspass.com ?

Nope.
Some password manager that generated passwords based on sites.
Can't remember. Will try to find.
