Why are you using the -cp argument?
It's possible you didn't correctly name the class within your file ElementaryMath2.java
Keep in mind that the name of the class has to match the name of the file.
And you need a main method if you want to execute the program

After browsing around, -cp seemed to remedy most peoples problems. java ElementaryMath2 worked when I ran linux mint and the program executed flawlessly.

Is Windows 7 compatible with a X470 mobo?

I mainly use a 13" MBP in college, but I also have a gaming rig at home that I want to bring next semester. Only issue is that I can't stand the monitor, which is 1080p60hz, since it's so low-res and dull compared to my MBP. So I was leaning toward getting a 4k60hz monitor, but everyone seems to think that going from 60hz to 144hz is more important than 1440p to 4k.

I'm not sure whether I want 4k60hz or 1440p144z at this point, so what do y'all think would be more satisfying to use? I'm also considering how each would age better, i.e. Would 1440p be dead in 3 years? Or will 60hz be the new 30hz? etc.

Relevant monitors:

Current: PA248Q

1440p144z: Nixeus EDG 27

4k60hz: 27UD68

Depends on your GPU and expectations. 4k is 4 times the amount of pixels than 1080p and will require much more hardware horsepower to run smoothly.

Would you say there's a big difference between 2160p and 1440p at 27"? Pixel density's the only reason to get the 4k monitor at that size due to scaling.

I personally would never get a monitor that required scaling to a non-integer factor, so it might be better to consider the distance you want to sit for your monitor & the field of view you want to encompass, then work backwards with an idea of how much PPI you want to decide on your size+resolution.

The ideal way to install is windows first, linux second. So you'll have to just go through with the install and then use a linux boot drive to repair grub.

My screens hooked up to my GPU had been having problems buzzing and going black prompting a restart. Today they wont work and I had to connect an hdmi to my cpu to check my bios. On that it doesn't detect the gpu, taking it apart and reinserting everything still doesn't work and the fans do not spin when powered on. Everything works fine otherwise.

Is my gpu dead? It's an r9 390 if that helps.

US is probably the default. For some reason a dev for windows decided CTRL + SHIFT would be the keyboard shortcut for cycling through keyboard layouts. If your keyboard is a different layout you probably hit these keys by accident.

Go into your control panel's language settings and click to the "advanced" section where you can turn off the stupid shit.

It shouldn't. They would most likely need to provide authentication on their end.

na, that's totally normal.
make sure shit is locked down before opening them up
- use keys and disable passwords for ssh
- use a firewall and allow only what you need through it (for example, 22, 80, and 443)
- don't assume unadvertised services won't be found
- a database should not be publically accessible, firewall it, bind it to localhost, or just plain limit it to unix socket connections only
- if you want things like phpmyadmin/webmin/etc, keep them firewalled, and use ssh to access them by port forwarding

Formula in O3 should be something like

SUM() ignores empty cells so you can just get it to sum the entire column (skipping the first).
