I've had my iPhone SE for 2 years with barely any impact on battery life. Battery health (iOS11.3) shows it at 95% capacity so I still get hours of screen on time. Perhaps quit buying cheap shit?

Sounded like my Galaxy S6. Based Samsung was kind enough to include instructions in the manual how to replace the battery, I chucked in a 3600mAH battery and it's still working great.
