Use the one you are comfterble with.
>resume in latex
That's like using a bulldozer to mow your lawn. Quickly put something together in Word from an online template and stop being stupid.
>implying a shitty word resume can even compare to an amazing latex made work of art
ask me how I know you're a neet
>implying hr gives a shit about that
>not being a proud non-binary trans queer otherkin with a resume written in latex
ask me how I know you're a neet
write your own
how do I write an editor without an editor?
emerge --no-racism resume
you fucking noob
electromagnetic needle and steady hand
cat '[sourcecode goes here]' > editor.c && gcc editor.c -o my-own-editor
Use eclipse
Is it really that much better to work with bright text on a dark background? All my life I've used white backgrounds and anything else look weird to me.
I use vim, but gets with whatever you’re most comfortable with
Uset the best of both worlds, i.e. spacemacs
Markdown is literally better than latex for writing a resume
My resume is in latex and I'm a NEET.
Yeah professionally made by pajeets
>spacemacs
a.k.a im too dumb to write my own emacs config
lol. Are you going to dazzle HR with you math prowess?
Maybe you should entertain the thought of latex not being the problem, user.

emacs since it has a built-in mode for editing tex files
but i can't afford foot pedals right now though for the modifiers
Markdown + pandoc.
Vscode for editing with the markdown plugin.
Thank me later
lol are you retarded? I spent 20 minutes tops on my resume in MS Word. Just use a professional font, consistent formatting, spacing and keep it under one page.
how is it a fucking bulldozer? you don't need a table of contents or a bibliography. it's literally a few paragraphs with a title. just because latex is powerful doesn't mean you can't just put text in and get a decent looking document. kill yourself.
this. already a more pleasant browsing experience
Latex
Honestly it'd be quicker be more powerful to write it in HTML or MarkDown.
But I'm with the other guy, HR doesn't give a shit about how exactly your resume looks, as long as it looks professional.

Why is this such fucking garbage. This shit doesn't even do footnotes. Why does this even exist?
Are footnotes on a resume really a good idea?
If you want a more "complete" plaintext markup language, try AsciiDoc. It has the same semantic features as DocBook (including footnotes) without entering the XML world.
"Markdown’s syntax is intended for one purpose: to be used as a format for writing for the web."
