Are you working for the stasi?

Wireless charging is no good just because yoy can't charge through cases and cant hold your phone easily while its charging.

Didn't even get released, but I wish it I did. Holographic Versatile Discs or some other optical storage like it.
They last a lot longer and have higher storage capacity. They were able to get up 6tb on one, but I'm pretty sure development on it and 3d optical media and other high capacity optical storage is halted thanks to cancerous paid digital distribution and their pay pigs.

If I ever get rich I'd spend it all just to get these able to be made and sold for consumers.

Do this and get the r/w speed up to that of hdds and you're looking at a nice bit of money.

USB-C. I'm back at the shit times when I had to pray someone has the same charger as me. It was awful but currently getting a bit better.

forgot to add

I don't want them for HDDs if that's what you mean, I want them for media distribution and archive for cloud replacement. The cloud is just someone else's computer, I use Blu-Rays for back up storage on top of the usual external HDD and USBs, but it would be nice to have a higher capacity disc that lasts longer too.

Flatpak.
>full desktop applications that work everywhere on Linux
>sandboxed to high hell by default
It's missing the ability to revoke permissions at runtime, but other than that it's pretty damn solid.

I have been using that shit everyday for 2 years

>can't charge through cases
I can charge my phone through the original leathery plastic case just fine

>botnet don't grow on trees

for this to become widespread it would require VR to become extremely cheap .

Attached: 1496212049412.jpg (1500x1125, 168K)

Why does it suck, user? I have a wireless charger next to my PC and I throw my phone on it all the time. Easier than plugging in the cable.

extremely slow
even slower if you don't put it perfectly aligned on the pad

Slow charging is good for batteries.

just buy a new phone poorfag

Retarded consumer.

>>Plug USB cord into wall
>>Plug other end into phone?!
nope.jpg
>>Plug it into this other device. THEN put your phone on it.
But then why wouldn't I just plug the wire directly into the phone?
>>This is WIRELESS!!!

>Living the apple experience

anything that uses some sort of AI/NN/whatever

all my micro-usb cables are broken. a cheap chinese type-C cable has lasted a lot longer than any of those micro-usb cables

>unplugging shit from your walls ever

Wireless charging is already great, I have a stand on my desk and a pad on my nightstand and never have to plug my phone in anymore. The only people who hate it are people who are on their phone all the time and either can't use it while charging or insist on killing their battery by charging it in 20 minutes, or literal autists who get mad that the charger is plugged in.

underrated

The Oculus Go are the cheap porn goggles you've been waiting for

i use a qi charger in my car with my ip8 all the time. shit just works.

>Brought a 4k OLED
>Very few films are shot with 4K in mind on Netflix or Google Play
Yeah...

one of the few times that using lower quality (semi) open-source alternatives are a really bad idea and hinder performance by a lot
it's fine to use gimp over photoshop but if you want a voice assistant, botnet is the way to go

Thing is decent, but also pretty dumb at navigating. Not great for how much it costs.

>too tall to go under furniture and beds
absolutely worthless, do you know how much dust builds up under beds and sofas?

There's no need for wireless chargers, there never was one.

>yoy can't charge through cases

Yes you can

>and cant hold your phone easily while its charging.

How addicted are you?

You charge during the 95% of the time you're not using the phone.
Then if you have to take a call or read a text you don't have to deal with a cable.

Attached: maxresdefault.jpg (1280x720, 57K)

>how much dust builds up under beds

This is the only reason I consider a vacuum robot.
I have a 2 person bed sitting in the corner - very hard to reach the far corner with a broom or vacuum.

The problem isn't cost.
It's shit content and fragmentation.

>Pay hundreds for a headset
>Pay thousands for a computer to run it
>MFW there's only one game that you're interested in and it likely would only hold your attention for a few hours

It's also good simply for requiring less work to clean.

Push button, empty later on, floor done.

I believe

>Litterally just packets of juice and a machine that opens it for you
Why?

Normal bottles hurt my hands

Do the packets at least come with something that is mashed by the machine?

Just squeezing juice seems a little bold even when you're selling to hipsters

>virgin robot cleaner bc bed heavy
>chad moving bed with gym bod

Too bad wireless charging wastes a shitload of energy, usually converted to heat, which reduces battery life much more than the fast charge would

Silicon Valley marketing experts had a god complex. They must have thought they could sell anything.

You have to hook the machine up to your smartphone and then it just pours the juice for you.
That's it.
HAHAHAHA NICE MEME XD XD

Paying more money to the electric jew by not investing in phantom load surge protectors.

Come back when you're grown up and sleep on a queen size inner-spring with a proper base.

>Mate...
Narrows you down to Ausfagia or the Kiwi Islands.

>thousands for a computer to run it
you only need a 1060, you could probably build one for under $600 if you're not retarded

>Early adopter
a euphemism for "sucker"

Just think of all the retards who are buying "smart" watches. They are the reason that any futuristic computer-on-wrist will ever be possible

If they made proper VR content you wouldn't even need that.

All the horsepower is to play PC action games in a way they weren't designed for.
(high quality) puzzle, strategy and adventure games would be far more interesting in VR.

>computer-on-wrist
i'll stick with my casio, thanks

Nah, I need fully holographic shitposting machines connected to my wrist and retinas. I NEED TO BE THE MACHINE

>leathery

>But then why wouldn't I just plug the wire directly into the phone?
Because it fucking wrecks the USB port on the phone over time.

>Come back when you're grown up and sleep on a queen size inner-spring with a proper base.
If you can't 1-man a queen a few times a year for cleaning, you should consider revoking your man license.
