I have a big file to edit the hosts file but it's not updated and it barely works some websites still go trough.
Can't find anything worth it, I'm thinking of learning python or some other language and do it myself, best method I found so far is to use self-control (osx), it works perfectly, but I need some things :
1. List of every single porn site and XXX Nsfw website 2. I need it to run 24/7 and to run on reboots.
Should I do it, or is there anything out there like this?

Use OpenDNS or Nortons family friendly DNS, add Jow Forums IP to your host file, it has priority over DNS so it wont get blocked.

Search how to change DNS on mac and find the DNS on google which has blocked porn sites. If you can change DNS on your router then it will be better because then porn on mobile will be blocked too.
