I mastered it when I was 14. I'm also autistic with no life.

I've met kids who know the ins and outs of C++ at age 15 better than most 40 year olds I know

why would age matter?

Why are you meeting 15 year olds you fuckin weirdo

because I go outside and work for a living, and visually see and meet different people every day.

>18
>boomer
We're not boomers, if anything, this generation is redpilled.

Also, my school had quite a few kids in the CS club who had pretty much mastered C++.

He maybe is a teacher, think a bit.

>in Jow Forums you're a weirdo for knowing people
sasuga

>i go outside and talk to children

No, I don't, but I do think you're gay. If I get dubs you're actually gay.

delid you're post

Is this some kind of anglo thing? In my country it's pretty common to be friends with people of all ages. But I have heard in english speaking countries it's a taboo for adults to talk to children. Such a weird culture.

I mastered it at about 16. Though i started it at 13 so theres that...

why's that matter, are you a rapist nigger?

>making friends with random children
Yeah, that's not normal for grown men to do that

this user fucks children or at least tries

idk I'm in USA and don't really find age a correlation to anything. I've met plenty old immature, plenty young mature, plenty old idiots, young idiots, young smart people, etc
really only thing it has is how much people don't expect from you

It is where I live. But adults are generally active and participate in outdoor activities, sports, etc so you meet and talk to all kind of people. Americans sound like such shut ins. Do you people even have friends?

who said anything about random?

>We're not boomers, if anything, this generation is redpilled.

t. every generation

where is this meme coming from

>20 year old boomer thinks its not too late to learn how to program

>says the millenial

>mastered C++
I find that hard to believe. Sure C++ is not that hard by itself but mastering the stl? Assuming you start programming at 16 or so there's no way you've mastered the stl by 18.

I went to a school with a gifted program so these guys were autists of the highest calibre, they all conglomerate here because it's the main gifted program + AP school in the area.

>that 18 year old boomer who thinks he is not a boomer

fair enough

boomer cope

> this generation is redpilled
More like Tide pilled.

So this is how you reassure yourselves that you're not of an inferior generation, huh?

> Is this some kind of anglo thing?
Puritanism

Where is the funny part? Normal perso needs no more than 1 month. Did you admitted being brainlet?

kek

>assuming you start programming at 16
This assumption is wrong. If you didn't start programming before elementary school, you're doomed to be C# monkey at best.

does it count if you started with visual basic?

>18 year old boomer
Boomers are in their 70s.

For once OP fits their generic reaction image. Jow Forumsution has to go back.

I wrote a compiler for a pet functional programming language I created with with targets to multiple virtual machines by the end of 1st grade. And you just started programming by elementary school?

>boomer
???

>he didn't write his own kernel when he was still in the womb
you don't belong on Jow Forums

>boomer using the word epic

This. Unless you are programming in the womb, you should basically just kys.

I learned C++ in one summer during the first time I was picking up programming back in high school. Made all the following languages piss easy.

Baby Boomers were those born between the 40s and the 60s. The youngest Baby Boomer is going to be in their 50s.

Ben Shapiro was born in 1984. He is generation X.

How do you even master C++? Know all of the features or design implementations?
Just take amph and go through a whole reference. Anyone who thinks you can "master"
a programming language and whip out anything in a few lines of code is a retard. It takes time to
work with a domain or to develop algorithmic skill.

Mastering C++ means you don’t flinch when you see a variadic template with multiple dcltype and stl function calls
