Rubber is one of the sweatier strap options. Nylon is probably the coolest but it's uncomfortable once it's wet. Bracelets are my favorite year-round but in the summer it needs to be a little bit loose because you'll swell up if it's hot. If it gets hot you can just wash it off and dry it quickly.
