Reminder to always leave a light on if you're on a computer to help save your eyes. I only use dark themes on websites or programs that by default are just white like YouTube or if I'm on my phone since I'm usually in the dark.

Depends on the room illumination and how tired I am. Black on white is objectively superior (see below) and better for reading comprehension but not always possible.

I don't know anymore. I'm so autistic about themes that I just go with whatever works at this point because I don't have time to be tweaking the colors all fucking day.
That said sometimes I like to switch. Casual coding sessions/night coding goes with a dark theme and maximum productivity mode goes with a light theme.
Also Solarized looks is soulless shit. Debate me atheists.
