Okay I am 100% lost on how this happens, but its cool as fuck. My icons went all pixelated. I'm using windows 7 unlimited....any idea whats casuing this? I know its a glitch, but its looks fucking cool and I wanna edit my icons to look like this.

start menu is a harmful concept but you can just right click to get the same thing. And people have been complaining about useless built in programs since windows 98, 7 also got plenty of that.
I'm not sure what do you mean by can't remove cuz almost all metro apps are actually removable.

Yet if the mouse accidently goes to the top right of the screen, the huge ass menu opens. I opened that thing too many times by accident, and its badly designed.

I pref a start menu over the horrible choice to make a huge menu open if you accidentally push the mouse on the right side of the screen. Theres a reason win 10 brought it back
