Definitely the most expensive single component for my station. Its a Dell 29" IPS 2560x1080 ultrawide from 2013. $400-500. Overclocked from 60hz to 80hz, helped alot with screentearing.

Thank you, did it a couple of days ago. The tubes and pump in my watercooling was sticking outside the case, so I couldn't get the door shut. I just cut a hole in the door for them and covered the hole with some fine ass wood.

I also removed the front plastic cover and put a metal plate to cover the 5.25" bays.

I had them out in the sun. They do fine for a couple weeks on my desk but I usually set them out for a day or two in the sun to give them a boost. It's also been rainy so they got a little drink too.

I have a meyer lemon tree, calamansi lime and lemongrass, I grow things to eat indoors.

I have a 980ti and want to be able to get the most out of the monitor without upgrading card for a while. I feel like my card will struggle with getting worthwhile frame rates for 144hz on 1440p as games become more intensive.

Thinking about doing something with the lighting in. Either a lamp clamped on the shelf behind the monitor, or light strips behind the desk/monitor.
