Depends. Since they are scanning your docs on google docs and can remove them if "we don't like it" they might ban you. Especialy if you are sharing stuff.

They don't ban you but they delete it. There was an article about it a while ago where camwhores complained that Google deleted their content.
Also why would you even use Google Drive? It's a privacy hell, since they scan your stuff.
