Why aren't you using the master race screen arrangement?

almost impossible to find monitors that are as wide as the center one is tall

Because the only monitors this setup works with are approaching 10 years old

Can't find any vertical movies.

Two of these side by side do me fine, thanks

Tried to, but couldn't find matching screens.

Use an iPad in portrait mode with the Duet Display app. Probably higher pixel density and colour reproduction than any monitor you can buy for the same price.

i prefer clunky CRTs as my side monitors for less neck strain

...

Because I'm not a fucking autist.

Just have a single decent monitor and use window management correctly.

The middle monitor would be fucking huge. In reality you're gonna have one regular monitor in the middle and two monitors way taller than it either side, looking weird. You can get away with one vertical monitor on the side, but both sides would look weird unless you wanna spend a stupid amount on that middle monitor.

The classic setup is 2x dell 20" 1600x1200 2007FP, and the center is the U3011 30" 2560x1600.

So it's near identical pixel density

even if the panel size matches up, the pixels won't so crossing the mouse between screens is always annoying.

wrong, faggot

See 2560x1600 center and 1200x1600 on the sides

Wait, I'm using one of those dell monitors right now as a third monitor. It's good for setting up vertical? I really wouldn't had thought so.

FUCKING CHECKED
quads confirm he's wrong AND faggot

It's only good for that because it's one of the only monitors ever produced that will match the 30" dell in pixel density

OP is right. That setup is top.

hue hue

2160x1215 monitors when?

because were I retarded enough I could just get a 21:9

ok I stand corrected that's pretty cool.

objectively the best

I'm using a 43" 4k and a 25" 1440p both at 60hz

Im upgrading the 25" to a 27" 1440 @ 144hz when the new GPU generation launches.

1080p pixel density at 25" would be jarring next to that 4k.

1440p 27" would be closer (within 5ppi)

come on, it's only 3.5" larger than a 21.5" monitor (which has the same ppi)

I wonder how many it would take to have a panoramic setup, would take my fapping to a whole new level

As someone with a similar setup (out of necessity not choice), its actually not that bad. Although I would take 2 1440p or 4k monitors at like 27-30"~ on my desk and wall mount my tv for media either to the left or right and up a bit ideally

25" 1080p is 88ppi
43" 4k is 104ppi
27" 1440p is 109ppi

So 25" 1080p is 16 ppi difference
27" 1440p is 5 ppi difference

16ppi is fairly noticeable

Judging by this video: youtu.be/2LOC7Q7ag4o?t=96 I'm estimating 20.
(just fap in vr)
