Is 4chanX fucked?

i use tampermonkey and i still get it occasionally. no idea what's causing this.

its that piquigproxy website or whatever the fuck thats causing it - it breaks the script. Even if you deny it with a script blocker, it existing on the list is enough to get the HTML formatting.

How do I unfuck this on qutebrowser? I don't have ublock origin on qutebrowser and using the built-in adblocker fucks up everything like OP's pic related.

This. When i discovered Clover i stopped using Jow Forums from the web, comfy af and pretty organized, I don't have to rely on half assed scripts that break every time to make this site usable.

Ads started showing again today for me, CSS doesn't break though.

Updating ublock and 4chanX has never worked for me. The ONLY thing bearable that fixed it was installing ScriptSafe (noscript for chrome since I use ungoogled-chromium) and set it to allow all scripts by default and just blacklist the amgload and other malware scripts that break the CSS. Literally the only thing that worked. Manually adding the uBlock rule to block the script injection didn’t work.

Werks on my machine.

Every feature on Clover is in 4chanX. Clover is missing a ton of features from 4chanX.

It was pissing me off endlessly until I switched to the beta release.

I have the same problem with uBO on. Dev is saying the problem is with tampermonkey.

Well, for me it restores once I disable uB. I am running that one script back when Hiroshima launched the intrusive ads though.

Just turning on uBO fucks the site for me, suddenly the script I had for blocking Hiro's malware just doesn't seem to work anymore.

Is everyone having problems with 4chanX running firefox? I'm getting "Content Security Policy: The page’s settings blocked the loading of a resource at self (“script-src”). Source: call to eval() or related function blocked by CSP." in the console. If you go into about:config and disable "security.csp.enable" 4chanX starts working again.

I have the exact same thing. Turned it off, everything works.

The reason why it works is because the ads are loading now, hidden by 4chanX but still loading in the background.
This is what the sites loaded should look like, if you see smproxy or amload you are running literal malware.

well i noticed like half the sites images are being rerouted through is2.Jow Forums.org again for me instead of the normal image server for some strange reason, just like what happened a few months ago
despite the fact that all images are being uploaded to the main server regardless and you can find the original image by just changing the link address and replacing is2.Jow Forums with i.4cdn
as far as i can see it serves no functional purpose and simply slows image loading to dialup speeds, so its probably something shady

Fucked for me. I'm using tamper monkey and ublock origin. Tried the things that were mentioned here but didn't work. I'll just unblock it for now until I can figure it out.

adblock wasnt blocking ads for me and that somehow fucked with 4cx so I switched to a different ad block and your problem went away for me

oh I see it's an entirely different url and no a surrogate script

I would go to something like Jow Forums.org/g/linux which should print a page of the catalog searching linux instead it was broken

According to the developer its because of the adblocker (something chinkmoot implemented to fuck with your page) and he recommends you to switch to uBlock, but i have uBlock and still get the white page issue.

For some reason 4chanX quit working on Tampermonkey for me. I had to install Greasemonkey. Really fucking weird. I'm not having OP's white page of death, I fixed that forever ago between uMatrix and perhaps a Jow Forums Anti-Cancer script that may not even still do anything as it's from Dec 2017.

Are you blocking referrers? You need to let the captcha have at least the boards.Jow Forums.org/ part or it's going to throw a hissy fit.
