What music players do you use for android? Ive been using Apollo because its super based and has the best ui and downloads album art and artist pictures, but its old and unsupported. Any good modern alternatives?
Android music players
Simple music player on fdroid is bretty good, beats Google music asking me to subscribe every fucking time I open it
Neutron is the only one worth anything, foobar coming close.
I use blackplayer
are you me?
neutron for normal music
droidsound-e for vidya gaem music
GOOGLE PLAY
Vinyl Music Player
do any of these download album/artist art? thats some good shit
Black does
I use PlayerPro.
Is good but somewhat heavy.
A I M P
Thank you sir
Checked. First player that lets edit m4u tags. I'll give it a try
spotify
MPDroid
potplayer
I like Retro
Second for Retro Music
I'm using a four/five years old version of poweramp and it works great.
Did it go the way of ES file explorer with later updates or is it still ok?
the pi player at least for me is fine
This, BlackPlayer is by far the best
dude's making a v3 update that's pretty cool
i use poweramp too, it's the best by far, and it doesn't look like total shite with the new update
Vanilla Music
It's FOSS, has active development, good format support, and I can edit the metadata in-app.
Good to know, it was the only player i could find at the time that had folder navigation and a decent EQ. I really can't fathom why you wouldn't include folder navigation in a player, that's a dealbreaker right there.
What's a good music player that syncs my music with some cloud service? GPM is shutting down once YouTube Music comes out and it won't have this feature.
Vanilla music on F-Droid
Vinyl music player from fdroid
Cuz is flat and Can customize
Bubble UPnP
Shuttle is pretty OK.
Foobar
nice taste
When it comes to audio quality, nothing gets close to Poweramp. Foobar2000 if you are not willing to pay for the full version.
