Have you heard of The-Eye? They have an archive with around 20 terabytes of stuff as direct download, the archive contains a 2.8TB dump of the Microsoft Developer Network, which includes Windows, Office etc. iso's scraped directly from Microsoft. I've downloaded a bunch of products and the hashes match to the original products (checked from heidoc.net)

There's a guy on Pirate Bay who goes by the name "generation2" who creates a pre-cracked LTSB ISO with security updates every few months (he also has other versions of Windows, including Win 7 with all current security updates).
I've used his stuff and it works perfectly, I'm typing this from a Win 10 LTSB (pre-cracked) build of his.

Alas, there are too many pieces missing. The 16-bit SDK, for example, was a two-piece RAR file (oddly) - the first piece is there, but not the second. Same thing for the NT 3.5 DDK, IIRC.
