Traveling across Denmark this week. Good thing about living in a small country is that it only takes 3-4 hours with car

It literally took me one and a half weeks of non-stop driving to get 3/4 of the way across Canada. And that was on really high-speed highways.

Sounds like a bother. I'll just listen to some music while driving and then it feels like no time at all. I can even visit my family and drive home the very same day.

I yearn for the day I don't have to drive four hours to get from one city to the next.

In the time it takes you to drive across your country, I can drive from one city to another. That's a crazy comparison.

I remember going to south georgia one year to help my grandmother with some work (didn't want her to lift boxes etc) but it was like 9 hours down there basically in a straight line at 60+mph

Don't get how you can sit in a car for so long. I was on a road trip to Italy and it felt like my legs were gonna fall off after just 6 hours.
Some people in Denmark even take planes to get to the other side of the country.

Feel free to dump a few good comfy pixel arts btw. I'm running low.

Its the same here, I've flown from Manchester to London which is no more than 4 hours drive, its just much more convienient although train isn't too much slower once you factor in everything else

Ohayo-gozaimasu /gomfy/, how are you all today? I'm pretty good myself, My Japanese is coming along very nicely, doing pretty good with Hiragana, going to move on to Katakana pretty soon. I'm also following some self-help advice an dalready it feels like it's helping temendously.

Góðan dag
Been a good day so far, done a mile or so worth of sprints at the pool then came home to find I've been offered a 12 month job position

All in all feeling good

It does get stressful after a while but I dunno, not like carseats are uncomfortable nowadays. I've never actually DRIVEN that long yet, though, as I haven't had to yet. But riding? Arguably enjoyable more than anything else.
