It could almost be used as some kind of little server, but as it seemingly lacks a firewall, it wouldn't be a very good one. As for desktop, most WMs and DEs failed to compile from pkgsrc, and no browsers would work that were any more complicated than links or w3m.

i'd ditch the blue overall and maybe replace it with, say, a desaturized red. far as the terminal goes, Breeze for nice, readable simplicity or a B/W + red palette to fit the mood and whatnot.

I'm gonna say stick to KDE, it's great, the only reason I don't run it is because my laptop (or debian stable) doesn't quite manage it, and it tends to freeze from time to time, and mostly because I'm already used to XFCE.

And as I said in my follow up post, the grades aren't serious and I'm mostly taking the piss (for instance, ancient DE's like those nextStep I would rate A+). And I'd even go so far as to say that KDE is the number 1 DE at the moment, considering how GNOME rekt itself and XFCE isn't that actively developed anymore.

you're not alone with the kde issues. It does have problems on debian and devuan but luckily there are workarounds to them and once they're fixed, it's perfect....unfortunately I never had any freezes

I also had an issue with scrolling but enabling xrender in the display settings fixed that issue but I had to enable tear-free on my card to get rid of the screen tearing.
why the hell did the people over at debian release something at such a buggy state?
