No, they're a scam. Android 6+ has built-in battery optimization. If you need anything more then uninstall whatever has the most wakelocks. A good idea would be removing play services and play store, and if you haven't already then also remove anything else with "play" in it's name (music, movies, etc.). Replace the store with yalp store.

I can't get into it for some reason. Swipe on it sucks compared to gboard and the texting doesn't seem that forgiving.
