You just have to type fast. Everyone knows this...

You need to learn C++, C#, node.js and Python, as well as having at minimum a basic understanding of Assembly.

hacking is the skill of reverse-engineering things; of exploiting/doing things not the way they are meant to be used. it doesn't have to include penetration of a system, it can also be applied in engineering, like accessing a non-documented function

just b urself

my speed is over 9000

do I need to be able to write in assembly language? at&t or intel syntax

you need a guy fawkes mask

but what needs to be taught to know Zen sir?

in stock=)

You need to learn to read the manuals and be creative about it, doing things you're not supposed to do.

>to become a good hacker?

if I had a nickle for every time..

It's called the anonymous mask, user.

And a balaclava to wear over it. Or under it.

Learn how to use a credit card and rent a botnet and you're a AAA modern day hacker.

> C++, C#, node.js and python

maybe if you want to be an application programmer. A hacker is someone who utilizes the quirks of the underlying hardware, or os to solve problems, optimize (and obfuscate) code, etc

every hardware device with a processor or microprocessor has an assembly language associated with it, so it depends on what you're looking to do.

this

Those are purest domains though. C/C++ covers your awful memory usage bugs, overflows and things. C# has dotnet universal windows issues with it. node.js has the infinite fuckup of webshittery and then python's just for getting shit done if you're into that sorta thing.

I agree thats a pretty good spread in terms of covering all bases.

It's probably a good suggestion to someone who is new enough to ask that question.

>Only real answer here:
Its literally just knowing your shit. You need a complete grasp of how all these computers sending storing and reading data turns into what we do and think about our systems. There is no end all magic power. You use your knowledge to manipulate systems into doing what you want them to do while still doing what they are suppose to do.

You should be able to gain basic proficiency in any language in 20 minutes and know it fairly well within a day

Unless its C++, too much domain for any one man. You can just write C in there though and it'll probly work better.

Just go to school and learn computer science and get a real job. It's a better use of your time, trust me.

just like learn binary

01. Will you teach me how to hack?

Yes. We just sit around waiting for those willing students with the
courage and visionary genius to ask that question. And now, for a mere
$1337/hour, we will teach you how to hack.

What? You can't afford our low hourly rate because you promised to take
your girlfriend to ice-capades? We find that very hard to believe. No
girl would be with you.

Ok, we like your suave style anyway, so we're going to let you in on a
little secret. There is an actual shortcut to learning how to hack. No,
it's not pestering us with asinine questions like "How do I hack?". Here
it is: learn a skill such as programming, networking, unix, electronics,
telecomunications, or anything else you feel you have a passion for...
by the time you become competent in your chosen area and you still want
to "hack" you will realize you have already learned how.

10. I'm a very special kind of retard, is there anything else I need to
be told?

Yeah, of course there is.

. If you have a question and you don't know who to send it to, send it to
Cyb. If you spam the whole group you will be ignored, blacklisted, and
automatically subscribed to dozens of pedophilic mailing lists, many of
which are operated by the FBI. Enjoy.

. You are permitted to bask in our reflected glory only. Direct exposure
to our full glory is not only impermissible but may also be mortiferous.

. Our hectic celebrity lifestyles keep us very busy wallowing in decadence
and we simply don't have time to respond to every e-mail. So don't go
kill yourself if we don't write back... or do, we don't really care.
