What?

your own willpower, you brainlet

practice.
discipline is a skill.
motivation is a choice.

Install gentoo

Xanax

that's the goblino spirit!

>amphetamine

Unfortunately I associate it with jerking off more than productivity kek.

>let's look for the perfect porn for five hours while stroking myself

I usually do that once or twice daily without xanax

OP here. I thought about installing a camera and monitor in my room so I can literally see myself wasting time. Might actually do that.

>guys I've got it
>I'll buy extra useless shit
>and then I can waste time WATCHING MYSELF WASTE TIME
>eeeeh? bretty gud eh anons?
how much of a brainlet can you be

Suicide.
Do it, pathetic frogposter. DO IT!

Seeing myself from a third person perspective sitting in front of the pc doing fuck all might kick me out of that time wasting trance. In other words gain consciousness.
Fuck off.

How is this a fucking technology? Fucking kill yourself, disgusting frog poster.

>consciousness
I think the word you're looking for is "awareness" user
but anyway, since you seem young I'll put shitposting aside for a moment here and give you my advice from one procrastinator to another: the real trick is to understand why you're doing it and if it's really as bad of a thing as you think it is
ask yourself this:
what are the implications of your actions or rather lack thereof?
what would you rather do and why?
imagine you're actually doing something else than "wasting time", are you happier?
stuff like that will help you understand yourself and your issues a bit better
once you have that information you will have a better understanding of this "problem"

Any.DO is a good one I've used in the past

ignore the angry retards here, OP

JUST DO IT

Shut up.

The thing is that even when I manage to be productive for a few days I quickly fall into my old patterns.
I think I do understand my problem. I'm addicted to instant gratification which the internet offers.
I need to learn for exams months in advance. My brain simply can't comprehend the importance because it doesn't care about events that far in the future.
IT JUST WERKS

You should just kys yourself, disgusting pedo frog poster.
