imagine how awkward it would be to type "10"
because we used O for 0 before and didn't have a 0 key so it was added later. they didn't shift it over so people only had to relearn one number rather than all 10

i dunno, since we read left-to-right, typing a 10 is in the same direction as reading. most of the time you don't type leading zeros anyways.

probably to more easily type numbers ending with 0 such as 10, 20, 30, etc. (since you have two hands and should be roughly splitting up your typing between each hand)
b-but 0 comes before 1...

it all dates back to typewriters and jam avoidance. putting the 1 and 0 right next to each other would cause issues if typed in quick succession when that close to each other.

There are actually numbers on that keyboard... printed on the side of the caps in red.
