From everything I've learned from Jow Forums is correct, yes.

No.

Lazarus keeps the Delphi 7 memes alive.

I'm that 34 year old boomer who still codes in Lazarus. It's super comfy for small command line and nice fast GUI applications.

Where would Python fit in this meme?
The babby?
Post memes to represent Python

How hard is learning Assembly?

replace the chink with the average Jow Forums poster

Not hard. What's hard is reading assembly, debugging it, and coding anything in any reasonable amount of time.

RISC is not that hard to learn. CISC is hard because there are much-much more isntructions.

Master both is hard.

It's not particularly hard.
There is no syntax, you're just moving data around or doing an operation, rinse, repeat.

Not hard, however you'll spend more time managing registers, memory and jump locations than actually programming.
It phased out relatively quickly because productivity wise it yields very little compared to how much time you put in; also trying to do anything that doesn't involve brutal sequential execution, like something remotely abstract, you're going to have a bad day.

Pretty much true.

I like PL/SQL

Rust is actually very accurate, given what i've seen on some tech talks on it.

Dlang is preddy good tho...

I'm a C++ programmer, one of my friends is working with Oracle databases in bank (PL/SQL). So yeah, as far as those two images concerned, it is accurate.

Is your friend being paid a lot because it is difficult, or because nobody else could be bothered to do it?
Honest question

Not sure about PL/SQL but other languages do check out.

I bet there is a library in the caravan.

Not him but OP.
PL/SQL is not particularly difficult. But you can make quite a bit of money with it working as a consultant for banks, etc.
It's not an extraordinary competitive fields since most normies prefer to do JavaScript, Ruby and S O Y languages.

C++ on the other hand pays well because you need a white man's brain to be able to master it.

Good luck picking C++ in 2 weeks
