I've watched a few videos from this channel, and they're fine, but I think I prefer Wranglerstar and Skillcult. Still rural, still hands-on stuff, but there's a lot of instructional value from them talking why they do certain things. I see value to both. I often dream of having my own land, growing my own food, and generating my own power. Something like modded minecraft, but in real life.
