Im using a 4GB CF card (via IDE) to install windows 98 onto an old computer. Fdisk under DOS will only format 504MB and stop. it does not read the rest of the card. My BIOS does read all 4096MB though
When I take the card out and put it in my card reader i get pic related. its only formatting 504 ad leaving the rest blank. If I try to manually make a 4gb partion, the Win98 machine will not read it.

I'm very new to C programming in general, following some books and other peoples' college notes as I go, but I'm trying to get into gameboy development, because it sounds fun.
I can compile "games" to a .gb format, using gcc. and I'm using the Atom text editor but linter-gcc is a fucking mess for me after including some extra headers, such as the required one for gameboy input .
Is there another text editor you guys recommend, or some sort of help with letting atom/linter-gcc know that I'm using custom libraries

Should I try undervolting after I've found a stable clock speed/voltage? Are there any drawbacks I should be aware of? I've currently stress testing my 7700k after OC'ing to 5.0. God damn I'm so confused. So I'm using media creation tool to create an iso. I burn iso on my usb drive, put it into my computer when it's built to install windows 10. Then after the installation, I need to use a magnet torrent link to download another iso?
You download the ISO (See the magnet link) using something like Deluge, you use Rufus to put it in a USB, you plug the USB in the computer and boot to it, then the windows installer will start and you can finally use windows after 5-10 minutes.
In Rufus you have to select GPT for UEFI, and NTFS if you want to install Windows 10.

Create isn't really the right word. The tool downloads the files it needs and sets up your usb so it can install windows.

No, under activation you need to use the magnet link to download MSToolkit, which is just an exe you run on your newly set up computer to activate it. At no point will you need rufus or the link above, unless you're trying to use LTSB, which I wouldn't bother with in your case.

Watching a movie on my new but simple LED screen, there was a scene with lightnings and flashes on screen. During almost all instances of lightning, the display acted weird. The whole image turned abnormally bright, like somebody bumped the gamma, and frames started leaking into each other, giving the scene a look of some drug/drunk blur scene. I'm pretty sure it wasn't part of the scene, and it took a moment for the image to chill and resume its regular sharpness after changing shots to a non-flashing shot.
