I plan to throw about 3KW of sound into a car in the near future. Should be fun. I have two 1200W RMS subwoofers already (they're Power Acoustik and I'm aware that they are not super boner inducing audiophile hardware. They work just fine). Going to be collecting parts for a good while.

Yeah, you put them on your head and play songs that are of good quality and high dynamic range. Compare it to other headphones with your brain.
There's probably some specialized equipment for it... like... a microphone and some software to tell you what the frequency response is like.

I just want some decent speakers or a decent Soundbar for my parent's TV since it's in the middle of a large room and the sound doesn't have a wall to bound off of so it sounds terrible.

Avoid logitech. They suck.
A small amp and speakers, or powered speakers would sound better than a soundbar.
Soundbars arent that great, but they do have a form factor that most people find unobtrusive. So people dont like the look of speakers, soudbars basically solve that problem.

Somehow my Focusrite Scarlett 6i6 fucked up.
I can't change the monitor volume with the monitor knob anymore. To change the volume I have to do it in windows. And the headphone ouput don't even give any sound.
I already reinstalled the drivers but that didn't help.
Did anyone else had this problem?

Giant fuck-off horns. One works, the other needs a diaphragm. Got them for cheap, plan on restoring them. Not sure what I'll do with them afterwards.
