For real though: protein shakes. The biggest meme out there is you need to exercise in order to lose weight but you can run all the 10k marathons you want but if you consume more calories than you burn you'll still be a fat fuck 1 year from now or a decade from now.

Anyway literally just replace 1 or 2 meals a day with a protein shake bottle and watch the counter go backwards. No exercise required.

I did this. Went from over 180 to just under 150 in about 3 months. All I eat is kbbq and sashimi.

Whey powder mixed with some milk is standard routine but you can get 30 gram protein to-go shakes for like $1/piece at costco.

I drink that personally and as far as I know 2 are safe to drink each day as it only has 25% RDV of fat soluble vitamins and minerals pet bottle.

Eat less food. I was at 200 and went to 150 in about a year by eating only every other day. Even now I continue to do that but maintain around 150. Stop drinking any sugars whatsoever, strictly black coffee, water, and liquor.
A lot of people in my life wanting to lose weight also have asked me this and are shocked when I tell them what I did. What is considered a "normal" amount of food intake is actually absurdly high. We are built to fast regularly and benefit from it.

I’ve got a mate who is a gym junkie always pumping iron, but eats like total shit ie McDonald’s, chicken nuggets, no fruits or vegetables - literally none whatsoever, he’s been going hard at the gym for 3 years at this point and has made virtually no gains. It’s hilarious. I don’t work out at all and we have similar body types and height and he is still weaker than me.
