Honestly IPT or any large general tracker should be anyones first tracker as it fills 90% of peoples needs. If after that you can't find certain things or want to get into the tracker of a certain internal encoder, that's when one should pursue other trackers.

Use misicbrainz to save art to the album directory. If you want to be super-autistc, you can save cover art to each individual file.
