Help. I can't fucking upload images anymore.

Suddenly my upload is averaging 0.03 mbps, and its never done this before. I tired both wiring in through my daisy chained router (my normal set up) and plugging directly into the modem.

I'm getting fairly consistent 150 mbps on my download, but my upload is absolute ass even from the modem and I can't figure out why. It just started last night, but after hard reseting, unplugging, and doing the "reset" signal from comcast I'm out of fucking ideas.
