does it still look like it was made in the year 2000?

>another release Loonixfags will NEVER have

kek

>he thinks anyone with half a brain is jealous of him being used by proprietary software

>he's mad that there's not a single FOSS audio player that comes close to foobar

kek

Every single FOSS audio player has surpassed Foobar in that you are the user of the software rather than being used by the software.

fucking rekt I'm screenshotting this and mailing to stallman

>he thinks everything non-foss is botnet, especially if he can't use it

kekkekek

>>he thinks everything non-foss is botnet
I KNOW everything non-FOSS is botnet.
Why else would a company hide the source code?
Nothing to hide, nothing to fear, as they like to tell us.

>Nothing to hide, nothing to fear, as they like to tell us.
hello mr. No Such Agency

true

Yes, because all the shills saying "nothing to hide nothing to fear" totally aren't sent here and funded by the US government and big corporations.

creating exploitable software aka FOSS for buisness purposes is like starting a restaurant and expecting every customer to leave the money on the counter when they leave while taking the coffeemachine with them.

>i don't understand FOSS or the GPL the post

everything belongs to a domi

Hahahahahahahaha How The Fuck Is foobar2k Real Hahahaha Nigga Just Use Play Music Like Nigga Use iTunes Haha

everything belongs to a dominance hierarchy, and if your software is vulnerable to attacks or takeovers, you won't make money or the tendency to do so out of it

>still fucking minimizes itself for no reason after modifying file tags
PETER RRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

please don't bully it's clearly some sort of a disorder

What happened to Foobar2k for Android?

Nothing? It works fine and is updated regularly.

install audacious/clementine

Has the author ever explained why he won't port to linux? He's willing to do android and ios, and jump through the extra hoops for uwp, yet linux is bizarrely absent.

>he thinks only free software is exploitable
it's like you're starting a restaurant without any experience in business or cooking

he got dumped by a girl in high school. like badly, in front of his friends and her friends. she used linux and hes hated linux ever since then. it reminded him too much of her

>proprietary closed source shit
he can keep his shit music player

stereotypical 90s linux user, no wonder the year of the loonix desktop is never

>Every single FOSS audio player has surpassed Foobar
This is true. Clementine is simply better, while audacious is a better KISS player.

Windows users are just so retarded that they think they actually need all the shitware that targets windows. Funny enough a lot of this shitware is paid software. It's better to have better quality control than 99% of software available being absolute useless trash, which is why windows ecosystem is a joke.

But there's Deadbeef which is functionally identical and a not proprietary.

>functionally identical
no

Not even close.

That's one point against it, but none of the open source alternatives come even close to foobar.

Clementine is better

>imagine being this dumb and uninformed

>Clementine is better
literally noone uses that shit, not even u, bitchboi

Fuck you, dumb tripfag

works fine in wine.

POOPRIETARY SHIIIIIIIT

Zero market share plus all the FOSS autists who won't even use a closed-source program.

>Deadbeef
>functionally identical
I mean, there's lying and then there's being fucking retarded.

No u

So 0 arguments as expected. It's simply better and does everything poobar does.
>literally noone uses that shit
Literally noone uses foobar, not even u.

clementine is discontinued

>last commit 3 days ago
Nice try

how bout fuck off tripfag

how does the mood feature work? i've been thinking about a media player feature like it for a while now, except my idea would organize the entire library as best as it could by analyzing BPM, guessing instruments used, scanning metadata and internet for related artists, and basically group things by artist/genre but also by a mood influence on a circular color palette that you could also customize and filter down, and drag a point between X and Y like say, left side of the color palette is deep sea blue for melodramatic music, and purple for more downtempo, ambient styles of music. basically it would average the entire waveform into a category and assign it a hex color. more advanced setups would customize the meaning behind the color.

So what one can play old video game sound files, download lyrics, search on youtube, encode to other formats, and is completely customizable?

HAHAHA
You're joking right? No, you're not because you're fucking stupid.

Kekiniggers get the fuck out.
