news: apollo recruitment pulled from sows neons gain 0mb upload per day on red private tracker experts say oppaitime will be the HDB of porn trackers by 2030 AoM has open signups for future wizards
Above the TorrentLeech tier but kind of inactive. There are a couple of consistent uploaders, though. It has an invite forum accessible for the HD Spacer rank, but it's not very active either. There are APOLLO and IPT (lol) invites from time to time.
Luis Allen
I honestly don't know what the difference is. Does 2.0.4 have https tracker support? If not, that's the difference.
Leo Perez
yes it supports https trackers. i went through the changelog but didn't catch anything of interest. does 2.2.1 automatically list trackers in the left pane, like the newer clients?
Jordan Lee
Fuck off that's my email address how did you get hold of it? Delete this now
Brayden Bennett
Scrounged some old hard drives out of computers laying around, so I'm making the switch from seedbox to local. How do people on a home connection ever make upload? Doesn't basically every torrent have at least a couple seedboxes on it, or am I overestimating how many people use seedboxes?
Charles Davis
15mbit upload and I manage ~3TB of upload a month between trackers. It isn't seedbox levels of buffer but i's enough to grab what I want without ever considering my ratio.
Benjamin Sanchez
>Have a couple invites to PTP, OT, EMP and Waffles for whoever is interested. I would gladly do the honour to take PTP, EMP, OT. [email protected] Thank you!
Jackson Diaz
No.
Ryder Johnson
Are you strategizing what you seed, or are you just permaseeding the content you actually want to consume?
Jacob Brooks
Seedboxes only populate the popular shit. Buy storage instead of seedboxes and you can fully utilize your connection seeding terabytes of content.
Gavin Cox
What's the point of seedbox anyways? You still have to download to local to consume the media, r-right?
Noah Harris
Is there any convenient way to sync my files between trackers? It's a pain in the ass manually searching through what files I already have so I can seed them across multiple trackers.
Gradually over time. Alternatively make bank on BP generation.
Jason Cox
Both. Permsneeding ~12TB of content that I want and will get round to consuming when I get more free time. 2TB buffer drive used to autosnatch freeleech/75% off/popular blockbusters/2018 FLAC from certain artists and labels to maximize my gainz.
Gabriel Bennett
What torrent client, interface (if any) and autosnatch method do you use? Thanks.
William Rogers
Asking cause I'm using it and only once I couldn't find what I wanted either there or on the general internet. What do more elitist trackers offer that HDSpace doesnt?
Cameron Lee
Some seedboxes allow you to setup Plex on the server. So no, not necessarily Makes sense. Right now, I'm running on Windows, so I can't use auto-dl. But maybe I'll make the switch to rtorrent with an old laptop or something
Dylan Carter
Also make enough BP on PTP to buy ~10TB/year upload to go with the natty gains from long-term seeding, and protein-shake enhanced FL whoring.
William Baker
Nice try, staffers. Debian on an old laptop is simple to setup, you'll be up and running in an hour. If you really need to stay on windows you could use a docker container running rtorrent and autodl that way.
John Smith
>news for the next thread user learns to subtract
Samuel Ramirez
i just downloaded a single from red with 2 seeders. both of them were seedboxes.
Leo Miller
beats had like 10 accts there
Jose Ramirez
Why was he banned?
Grayson Watson
only seedboxes snatch at red, user
Aaron Fisher
because ivilivi has a micropenis
Noah Allen
>is it worth upgrading from μT 2.0.4 to μT 2.2.1? Worth upgrading to rtorrent. Use Docker if WinFag.
Jackson Adams
So many RED tolkens, no staff picks. What do user?
>same performance >uses 10x the RAM >no UI How many gigabytes is that install? uTorrent is 391k.
Juan Sanchez
>user, are you really going to die? This is a fucking canal trap if I've ever seen one. /marked/ 4 lyfe anons.
Carter Thompson
Give me a tl;dr, senpai.
Levi Cook
Are you unironically trying to compare uTorrent favorably with rtorrent? That's some next-level ideology, which means you are coochy. Fuck off, anibaby
Elijah Martin
When do you guys generally stop caring about upload? Have 10tb on JPS, 3.5tb on OT, 25tb on PTP, 5tb on RED and APL, 15tb on GGn. Been seeding 24/7 for the past couple years. When do you guys usually reach a limit of "well, there's literally no way I'll go negative now so what's the point"?
If you're gonna have some fun(drugs, women) come to Copenhagen, user. Everything is on me.
Zachary Ortiz
uTorrent maxes my upload 24/7. Can rTorrent do better than "max"?
Levi Jackson
>>same performance Uh, not even close. >>uses 10x the RAM On what OS? Have you even used this? Web UI, but yr probably a fag if you can't use command line. >How many gigabytes is that install? uTorrent is 391k. 1689k, but should have room unless yr on a Commodore 64.
Grayson Hernandez
6000 torrents in rtorrent on a server with 2gb RAM is currently using 1.3gb for the entire OS and client. A current version of Windows with up-to-date security patches wouldn't even be usable in that scenario, forget about running a torrent client and thousands of torrents on top. 391k executable is useless if you can't do anything with it.
Leo Turner
>rTorrent using 1.3GB holy fuck. uTorrent is at 155MB here.
Brody Jackson
>1.3gb for the entire OS and client >entire OS You dumb fuck. Are you trying to claim windows 7-10 is running in under 200mb RAM? Nobody believes you, windows 7 64bit with less than 4GB is a pig before you even start adding torrent clients.
Jose Reed
>μT please do the needful sir,
Chase Cooper
fuk i am on ratio watch on RED for autosnatching with the seedbox and not being at home, i have recovered 45/50 gb that left to be in 0.6 ratio, what can I upload?
Ayden Jackson
Think that's what user was trying to say. Never said what kind of server, you inplied it was Winblows. user say, Winblows can't handle 6,000 torrents, no matter what client use.
Owen Rivera
I assumed you were running a useless 50MB distro instead of something with a GUI which has bloated to close to a gig while still being less useful than XP.
Adrian Jenkins
Look at the torrents you didn't get a good ratio on and see what they had in common. Blacklist the uploaders if there are any who's uploads you repeatedly got poor ratio with. Start autosnatching again with them blacklisted and keep an eye on it, you should recover 50gb easy
Brandon Wood
Buy sum Amazon ebooks, upload, and return for refund. It's your fucking punishment for being neon.
Samuel White
>So many RED tolkens, no staff picks. What do user? This?
Kevin Gray
Pick a collage and download everything you can from it.
Lincoln Carter
Nice deflection. You're a fuckwit of the highest order; you can't read, you can't competently steal encodes and call them your own, and you can't even own it when you are pulled up on your mistakes. Do the world a favor and do the needful.
Jackson Hughes
You recommended rTorrent in a docker container for Windows. That would be 1.3GB on top of Windows, when uTorrent is under 200MB. They have the same seeding performance. So why would you recommend a bloated client with no UI over the client that every other one wishes it could be?
Justin Morales
>You recommended rTorrent in a docker container for Windows No I never >That would be 1.3GB on top of Windows No it wouldn't >They have the same seeding performance No they don't
Wyatt Clark
Post the RAM usage of your rTorrent instance. Or don't you know how to do that?
Thomas Hall
How many files are currently in your torrent client?
This is OK point, but you must move on from uTorrent. They were aqired last month by a crypto currency company... Never coming back. Maybe Qbit or Deluge then? Or better yet, ditch Windows and use a real OS and client.
>I have fifteen utorrent 2.2.1 running on my home seedbox, the biggest one with 11,000+ torrents occupies 333 MB of RAM (34% of 16GB RAM is used by windows 8) Each of them has < 7,000 torrents (except the one mentioned earlier) since more than that will create a loop of unannounced torrents (By the time that the first announced torrent gets a second announce, the 7000th torrent just gets the first announce)
>don't you know how to do that Is that your best attempt at reverse psychology? Jesus lad, you need professional help.
Jose Barnes
You don't know what uTorrent 2.2.1 is, do you?
Tyler James
You couldn't do it initially. Why would you mention OS + application if you know how to find the application's RAM usage.
Jack Long
How to get a lot of yen on AB? I just need the upload amount for the next userclass.
>inb4 just seed stuff lmao
Sebastian Perry
Uploader's Den > "Get Yen" threads
Nicholas Wright
We are 7 years forward and there's still no equal to uTorrent 2.2.1, never mind better.
Charles Young
How is the Orchestra/Instumental selection on Apollo or RED? Been getting more into music lately, I can get in both if they are equally good.
Lincoln Gonzalez
>34% of 16GB RAM is used by windows 8 The absolute state. We are supposed to be astounded by a ~500KB application when it's running on a multi-GB gobbling OS. That's like boasting your house is 200ft tall when it's 20ft on top of a 180ft hill. K
Brayden Reed
>tfw sharing my music collection on SS despite being on RED Anyone else?
>You don't know what uTorrent 2.2.1 is, do you? Nuh huh, it's a deprecated piece of software made by the BitTorrent company. A company that was recently aquired by TRON (a blochchain company.) So, what the fuck are we talking about? Stop living in the past user.
Hunter Lewis
Officially seeding more to APL than to RED, as of this week. The a absolute state of RED.
Liam Young
Does anyone know a good tracker for magazines like scientific america? I can never find the recent stuff
Lincoln Cox
That's my long term goal. Cross-seed is a bitch but anything new I just grab it from APL. The clockwork tokens are based af.
Nolan Stewart
It's an actually useful OS. What have you done on your Linux distro besides shitpost about Windows trying desperately to make you feel better about your OS choice?
Easton Parker
The waiting room of my doctor's office
Luis Watson
>had he got all of them banned?
Ryan Gray
beats wants to be tracker staff. no tracker will have him. this makes him throw tantrums.
Wyatt Murphy
kek
Elijah Johnson
Build your upload, get to PTP and then dump RED like the bad rash it is
Andrew Lee
Cool thanks
Jonathan Lewis
I've already completed the climb user. I just never really invested into APL until that metadata shit. Now APL is the main and RED is the backup.
