>setting up custom entries on clover bootloader:
-Download Clover configurator
-Mount the EFI partition (either use the clover configurator gui or open the terminal and type 'diskutil list' then 'diskutil mount /dev/...')
-Find the config.plist under the EFI partition and load it into clover configurator
-Under GUI add/remove boot options. To add a boot entry you must know in which partition the bootloader is (mostly within the EFI partition)
-Once you know where's the bootloader copy the partition UUID
-Double click the entry name it and then paste the partition UUID into it
-You can define whether or not it's a internal/external partition etc...

is it possible to set a custom fan profile for the gpu? I hackintoshed my pc last year and the gpu (r9 380) was super hot even in idle.

I installed Sierra on my Thinkpad T430 but the vga port don't work properly and i can't ajust brightness, how fix that?

I think you may be able to do that by changing some stuff with DSDT however I can't really help you because my hackintosh setup is pretty simple and doesn't need it.

I know for a fact that you can use HWSensors to monitor temps on supported hardware.
See above and also: github.com/david-cako/T430-Hackintosh

I appreciate the post because I've been looking to setup a macosx VM but wtf is wrong with you posting Reddit and Discord shit in here? Just use the thread for discussion instead if your closed gate faggot services. Also just use virtualbox or KVM/qemu. Why are you shilling this much garbage tech?

convince me, why would I want OSX rather than Win7 or Xubuntu ?

>shilling Apple
>shilling Reddit
>shilling Discord
>shilling VMWare
Wew.

But anons... shilling implies that the person is either being paid or is satisfied in doing such thing (doing it for FREE). I'm merely teaching/helping people how to do it. If you like Linux that's alright.
Also, you can use virtualbox aswell but If you really want to I'd recommend booting Lion/Mountain lion instead and good luck finding the image for that.

Any progress on getting iGPU to work on Raven Ridge?

Where could I get a legit Mac OS X iso?

you don't, pirate it and then download the legit version from the app store
or borrow a mac

How pirate?

use your search engine of choice for that

Is there a specific website you'd like to suggest or am I just on my own from here on out?

you meant startpage.com ?

What he probably meant with that is that you should either use the image provided by apple on their website or torrent it/find a link on osx86/insanelymac or even youtube.
The hackintosh discord has a command that you can use to download previous OSX versions as well as some tools and kexts (drivers).
