Second hand, about $63.19. Came with a HUEG cooler from CoolerMaster that has a Spire fan on it.

So far Need For Speed Hot Pursuit (2013) and recently Little Witch Academia Chamber of Time run fine on it, which kinda surprised me, even more as CoT requires an Gen4 i3 as a minimum.

P35 works too, just make sure you get a RAID capable southbridge. Non-RAID variants tend to not fully support certain CPUs. (i.e I have a ASUS P5K-SE/EPU that doesn't correctly detect a Core 2 Duo E7600. It does POST but it reports 105*C in HW monitor on power on, although the HSF makes PERFECT contact with the CPU and there is paste.)

Even more of a score if you get an antenna for the onboard WiFi, as it saves you a wire less for LAN.
