There are things to consider.
1.) Are you done with tinkering with your phone? That's pretty much the primary reason people switch from Android to iPhone; they're no longer interested in spending time customizing the hell out of their phones and would much rather have something that "jus werx" and gets out of their way.
2.) Do you value updates? It's pretty nice that Apple has enough leverage to sort of force carriers to push updates OTA immediately, and even if for whatever reason you don't get it OTA, you can still bypass by plugging your phone into the dreaded iTunes and update that way.
3.) Do you have (or are you planning on buying) other Apple products, like MacBooks? Half of the appeal is the ecosystem, so if you go in, you kinda have to go balls deep otherwise the whole thing is pointless and you're just switching to a locked-down phone.

To be fair, you only have to charge AirPods like once every two months or so.
And the iPhone comes with a 3.5mm > Lightning dongle out of the box anyway, as well as a pair of Lightning EarPods.
