I want to crossseed between red and apl and I'm using symlinks for folders with different names. Sometimes it happens during a client recheck that the torrent starts checking which indicates it sees the correct files, but then the check jumps to 0%, as if it had never started checking at all. Any ideas why this would happen?

Pay no attention to the shitposts. All you have to do is make sure the metadata is fine. Use the id3 editor of your choice and just make sure all tracks have a track number, artwork, artist, etc. beyond that, just make sure your upload isn’t a dupe and that the file names aren’t fucking autistic.

Make sure calibre isn't doing any conversions on the file. There is a guide on how to set it up to give retail copies after dedrming, which you should follow to make sure everything is correctly configured.

Save your "return buffer" for shit that's worth it. If you're not PU yet on RED do it for any book requests you see around 5GB or more. If you're pass PU, then do it for requests 15GB or larger.
