This. Also, before reformatting, check any processes in task manager. High disk usage can lead to wear and tear in both HDDs and SSDs. So you really don't want anything constantly taking up time. the only thing I usually have that reaches 100% usage is Superfetch.

Can it still play the games it could when it was new? If so, games have moved on but your PC hasn't. Time to upgrade.

this is an important lesson that you had to learn the hard way user. NEVER listen to the sails clerks or anyone that would profit by selling you something. Always look for independent reviews. I am asuming you are using a laptop because a desktop would be easily upgradable

if these things are too hard for you just bring your laptop to a repair shop because you obviously aren't tech savvy enough to repair it on your own.

Malwarebytes is good and you should install it, but ads for it shouldn't be popping up and hijacking your browser. You don't need Premium to scan and clean.

What kind of specs does it have? I've seen some pretty low end stuff sold as "gaming" computers.

1 terabyte hard drive, 2.5ghz quad core, 8gb ram and it will be slow when I do basic task like opening google

What browser and do you have any extensions installed?

Is it Windows 10? Perhaps it's trying to update at the same time. Hard disks make everything slow if it does too much at once.

Open task manager (right click the taskbar and select task manager), click more details, go to the performance tab, and watch that while you do something it's slow it. Watch for what graph spikes.

make sure your pagefile.sys is as big as your RAM and the max is set to twice your RAM

do a hdd health check, you are probably looking at bad sectors

In some parts 'throwing soda at someone' constitutes assault. But he was primarily charged with 'theft of person' which, according to the local PD, carries a sentence of up to 2 years in prison. Texas is pretty special in that case, because stealing something directly off a person (including graverobbing) upgrades the misdemeanor to a felony.
