#000 and #fff are a bad meme. Color choice is personal preference. I'm not gonna pick a color I don't like or find uncomfortable when I'm gonna be looking at it over 12 hours a day.

Not bad, though I wish some of the colors weren't as muted or that at least the borders on certain UI elements were more clearly defined. Maybe darken your fonts a bit.
