Try going directly to Consumer court if you have one in your city.

. On August 11th I had purchased a couple of items from Amazon.in to build my new PC. Yesterday ( 17th August 11:50 AM IST ) I received my order for Intel six core 8th generation i5 processor. Upon opening the amazon white color package I noticed a tampered carton which was cut with scissors and stuck with tape. I opened it and got a scratched and tampered box of i5 4 core, which had strange labels on it. ( like i3 and Pentium ) What was more astonishing is there was no sign of a processor in the box and just a used fan.
