30mg of adderall daily, cut it off for a couple of days every few weeks, shit keeps you energized for over to hours without feeling tired. Make sure to drink a lot of water because you often forget to eat and being dehydrated will give you headaches. I got it prescribed for depression because SSRIs didn't work cept for Wellbutrin and it turned out that I had a mild case of ADHD so my psychiatrist gave me those instead.
