linode, ramnode, aws, dozens of others. I live in china and use a linode vps in singapore.
also i highly suggest using an https proxy like squid; they're usually more convenient for general web browsing. You can dl the gfwlist off github as importable rules into proxy browser extensions like SmartProxy.

I have other servers in the US, but i have better connections using the one i have in singapore. An HK location might give the best results. Some international VPS services selling to the Chinese market sometimes advertise "China direct connection". I haven't tested, but they're worth a look.
