I can only imagine that the kind of people who make these posts must be 13 year old /v/irgins that have no idea of reality outside of gaming and actually think the average person cares about shit like i9s and i7s and even i5s.

p-people don't care r-right they'll buy our CPU's anyways r-right?

buy our new 1770W cooler, goy.

>8 cores at 5.0ghz

kek cant wait the usual shills that will try to hide the tdp

>muh core
Face it the i7 will crush anything AMD has to offer for the next 12 months.

q4/q1 is when 7nm will be available, at worse early q2,

this is intels last hurrah

>$600 for 8 threads
What year is this? 2010?

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO HELP MEEEEEE

732 EUROS = 850 dollars
>732 EUROS = 850 dollars

For that price you could get the 2950X lmao

>570 FOR AN 8C/8T
good laugh.

Is i5 the new i3?

after the patches it's the new atom.

how housefirey will these pieces of shit be?

>732 Euros

Attached: 1479422343571.jpg (2197x1463, 1.35M)

>those prices
Yikes, I'll just wait™ for the 7nm Zen instead of 14nm refreshes.

People will still eat that shit up

Don't remind me :(
i5 3570k is slower than my kaby lake tablet

>tfw i just sold one of those
>tfw when i bought a 3770s
mixed feelings

What's the matter goy? Show your support for jewish people.

normal people don't know about this. I come here and I don't know what the fuck is going on

>new i9
at least they're honest about rebranding their 79xx line into this meme cpu line

prices don't lie either, Intel still struggling to get any kind of significant yield on quality cpus for ((((current year)))

An i9-9900K is still cheaper than a RTX 2070 in Europe so I don't see any problems.

Jews gonna Jew.

ITT: People don't realize that the prices of all PC hardware are exploding in Europe because of Trump's trade tariffs.

>shit that gets exported from china to europe are influenced by trumps trade tariffs

Good, maybe that will make people think about whether they really need to upgrade or not instead of "Eh I'm bored lemme replace my last generation Intel CPU for no reason"

Its over

Attached: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!.png (632x519, 24K)

6 months to share parity. 3 months if intel can keep producing the vulnerabilities.

>700 eur
why is it so fucking expensive

because it has the new feature, Hyperthreading.

>3570k is slower than my kaby lake tablet
literally how

Mummy Su cucking jews.
:}

>732€ ex vat
>900€ for 8C/16T
>spectre/meltdown included free of charge
AAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Needs a chiller

Whatever, I got a 8700k for $300. Don't give a fuck what they do for about half a decade. If anything this just makes me feel better about my purchase.

>if
user pls

>A fucking i5 more expensive than the best Ryzen right now.
They're not even trying

First ram, then GPUs, now CPUs. Looks like PC gaming is no longer affordable.

if your buying inlel

What why it's 8c/8t and not 8c/16t?

the i7 9700k is 8c/8t and the i9 9900k is 8c/16t

>europoors so mad they are irrelevant, and need sweet USA CPU, while no one need their shitty cars.

Of course these need to be USA-made, how else is the NSA, CIA, and the government supposed to install sixty billion backdoors into them?

>nujack
Back.

Its just Founder's Edition prices. Don't worry. Plebs will get the more affordable units to the poor people, starting at $699 for new i9, $499 for i7 and $249 for i5.

that's too expensive, i'll wait for zen2

Can't even tell if this is shitposting or not.

How come 9900k costs more when once the HT is disabled so it's not vulnerable to a million security flaws it's the same as the 9700k?

>8 cores 5.5GHz
Yeah, I too am waiting for Zen 2.

because the 9900k is soldered and has 40 pcie lanes

>40 pcie lanes
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

>yfw Zen2 tapped early and we see it Q4 2018

Attached: the legs are too bright.jpg (743x836, 447K)

20 pcie 2.
4 3.0 for the chipset.
16 3.0 for actual graphics.

And nvidia.

What about the i3?

>will the new intel overperform ayymd?
yes
>will intel have 7nm response to amd's one that will crush intel next year?
no

I think its obvious what you should do

How do i deal with my intel fanboy Jow Forums ? I'm not a fanboy of anything i just go with what my needs are but every time the subjects come up it's always "Intel is fixing it in the next gen!" or something like "Intel has shit in the lab if they released it, it would put AMD out of business!". He keeps talking about stock market stuff and i suggested maybe invest in AMD since it's looking good but he keeps being a fanboy. I need some infographics or some well informed posts shut his smug faggot mouth about Intel.

If you want to help that's fine if not i don't give a fuck it's just annoying to how every conversation ends in him sucking Intels tiny blue dick.

Kill yourself.

Does Intel provide you computers to shill on or do they make you buy your own?

Attached: Photo Mar 16, 2015, 9_20 AM.jpg (615x466, 114K)

they actually care about smartphones, they don't use a PC since 2012

Intel fuckups and their patches slowing shit down.

Attached: inhell.png (1920x1150, 129K)

Seriously? no discount for the 20+ and counting hardware security vulnerabilities in them? ffs

But dearest customer who needs secure CPU, if it can be 0.0001% faster in Call of Battlefield at 144p?

>currytech's pricing is far off than Yuro pricing
>stock hasn't obviously made its way yet
>implying Intel can charge that much for an 8core 16 thread when AMD charges 300+

Literally fake news

wait

------------------------------------------------------

could it be the jew is intentionally trying to kill intel because they already shorted it?

>smug faggot mouth
just let him[?] be, how else will you laugh in his face later

how long until 7nm mainstream gpu and cpus?

This

Zen is massively cannibalizing Intel's gross margins, by undercutting their ENTIRE product stack with price and performance that is near parity. This further with barely any architecture optimizations.

Consider the fact that Zen can deliver performance to within 5-10% of Intel's current uArch both desktop, HEDT and Enterprise markets with no product optimization. Consider the implications of the kind of optimization you'd see on a product if it was uncontested for 10 years and the entire planet would could for your uArch that you keep die shrinking, making minor tweaks of, and rereleasing.

Intel's performance in HEDT, Enterprise and consumer markets is so good because basically everyone assumed that Intel is going to retain their monopoly forever and that the only platform worth coding for was Intel. Until Zen came along and basically picked up the table and flipped it, while dropping its big fat cock; asserting dominance.

AMD is planning on optimizing the Zen platform all the way to Zen5+ and then introducing its successor.

Zen came out Q1 2017, that's Zen1. So let's break it down:

>2017 | Zen1
>2018 | Zen+
>2019 | Zen2
>2020 | Zen2+
>2021 | Zen3
>2022 | Zen3+
>2023 | Zen4
>2024 | Zen4+
>2025 | Zen5
>2026 | Zen5+
>2027 | new uArch from AMD

As this platform matures and AMD's market share massively increases again in all three major markets, application devs for basically everything will have to start optimizing for AMD again. Which in turn means that performance on Zen will further increase. These optimizations will push Zen ahead of Intel because its raw capabilities match Intel's platform @ equal clock parity, without any platform optimization. That's why this: , is happening.

Next year, AMD has the node, process, core, and IPC advantage to Intel. Further, the node & process advantage will allow Zen to overclock within the same relative window as Intel currently, ~5GHz. The gap between AMD and Intel is going to massively widen.

There's no Zen 4, Zen 5 will replace Zen 3 on AM5 with DDR5

>CPUS
Q2 2019
>GPUS
late 2019/early 2020

Zen2 will go straight to Zen3, no Zen2+ in the middle.

We don't know that, Zen+ wasn't supposed to happen.

AMD has stated new CPUs through four generations of Zen, meaning through Zen 5 because there will be no Zen 4.

The reason was that Zen2 was ready "with extra hardware spectre hardening designed in" and Zen3 was near ready. This was said near the beginning of the year, during the early Meltdown/Spectre chaos.

Zen 7nm - 2019
Zen 7nm+ - 2020
Zen on AM5 with DDR5 - 2021

There is no Zen2+ and Zen3+ m8.
There's only Zen+ because AMD didn't have the R&D budget *at the time*. Each year is a new Zen arch update from here on out.
It's
>2019 Zen2
>2020 Zen3
>2021 Zen4
>2022 Zen5

Yes there is a Zen4. It's confirmed.
It's just that Zen5 is a much bigger update, likely to be on AM5 with DDR5, that they have a far larger team working on it. Zen4 won't be worked on until the Zen3 team finishes Zen3.

kek

>Yes there is a Zen4. It's confirmed
No.

Lol meanwhile my 2700x and mobo cost 500usd and came with a decent cooee that let it maintain boost
What the fuck Intel? I bet it's actually slower because no ht and (((hardware))) fixes for exploits
How did they go from the godly i7 920 (oc to 4.xghz) in 2008 for $300usd to this? The fucking hell?
