>plug in the usb stick
>press select next to the boot selection drop menu and find the antergos iso, then press the blue checkmark
>set the other settings that match your pc, that's up to you to find out

Download tinycore onto a different flash drive
Boot tinycore
Plug in antergos flash drive
Read antergos bootloader configs to find the kernel + initrd
kexec into the antergos installer
(Note, I don't actually know if tinycore comes with kexec. But there are other workarounds you can use as long as you've got some working linux bootloader available.)
