Help me lads

Help me lads

I think I've been deficient in vitamin C my entire life and I'm wondering if it may be the cause of some of my chronic health problems. I have been trying for 9 years to feel like I'm not narcoleptic.

Have any of you ever started taking it and seen improvements?? I've been taking 500mg twice a day for about a week and a half now

>what is scurvy

Just eat Sauerkraut

I've started taking a mild daily dose of supplements for a few months now
I'm slowly starting to feel better and better but honestly there are a lot of other things I changed as well
Better diet, working out, the whole deal. So I can't be sure it's just because of the supplements

I've had so many blood tests over the years and they always say I'm fine

But I have no energy, fall asleep when driving for more than 30 minutes (especially on highways), haven't been able to concentrate or remember really anything.. all this since I was 16. Some days I feel so week I can barely move by the time I get back from wageslavery,

My gums I noticed bleed when I floss, but never any other time.. I had insane spastic nosebleeding as a kid though

I've tried many, many, many supplements over the years and have settled on the following in the past few weeks so that I can reduce costs..

5,000 IU D3 a day, 500mg C twice a day, 100mg ubiquinol a day, trace mineral drops every day, 6g collagen with the second dose of C before bed, 1,000 mg standardized turmeric curcumin with black pepper and a food based multivitamin..

I drink a cup of kefir every day now for about a month and a half.. My diet is mostly eggs, turmeric, onions, garlic, salmon, broccoli, cauliflower, lotus root, seaweed, kefir, bananas..

EAT YOUR ORANGES, FAGGOT

Other than your own guesses, is there any evidence to suggest this is the case? Anything physiological?

this

Lol you are getting scammed son.

No. This won't help you at all and an excess of vitamin C actually can cause issues.

Sounds like your diet is the thing making you tired desu

soIbOy

I don't know what else to do, I've had so many blood tests, had a sleep study, gone to every kind of specialist, tried antidepressants and stimulants

i've had so many close calls on the highway from falling asleep while driving to work (no matter how much sleep I get) that I'm amazed I'm not dead

That doesn't mean "Take unregulated supplements by the assload"

Where is the connection to vitamin C?

There is none, he's just pulling it out of his ass because he has no actual solutions and a bunch of idiots online told him that would help.

I've been reading about many varied symptoms of scurvy/c deficiency including fatigue, lowered collagen production (already have wrinkles at 25, have had bags under my eyes since i was 13 or 14, have flabby skin (am 5'10 and weigh 160), my gums bleed but only when i floss, and i saw some shit about C being needed to convert dopamine into adrenaline and help manage cortisol

Whats your daily diet?

>My diet is mostly eggs, turmeric, onions, garlic, salmon, broccoli, cauliflower, lotus root, seaweed, kefir, bananas. I eat walnuts, cashews and macadamia nuts sometimes

meat?

sometimes eat chicken and beef but i eat a lot more fish nowadays

wierd, sounds super healthy
Do you have any problems with breathing?

I used to until I started getting potassium and magnesium from bananas/mineral drops..

Yup checks out, go eat some C rich foods then. Maybe you lack iron and while your at it exercise and eat better in general.
