If you wanted to reply with actual arguments to the other user, something that makes sense would be:
1) as a non-citizen in a country with 'free' education, it doesn't apply to you. You pay higher tuition
2) Since this higher tuition is much lower than US tuition however, you should definitely study abroad if you want to do a technical education especially if that school/university is specialized in the field you're interested in.

You have to. My (EU) country has socialized education and healthcare, meaning it's all paid for by taxes. My income is reduced by 50% taxes that go straight to the government and they redistribute it to education and healthcare and other shit.
Also, foreign students have to pay twice or triple college fees and the degrees are all worthless internationally. The whole system is set up to produce educated specialists and encourage them to remain in the country, whilst making it unprofitable for foreign students.

Plus you'd have to learn the language.

Furthermore, if women study anything useful like medicine, they usually work a couple years at best (after massive costs for their education) then get pregnant and never work a day in their life again or at best take up a lowly-paid part-time job.

What happens is once you get a job, you get income tax. That amount that is taken from what you make gets sent to the Government which is then dispersed via a budget and colleges, universities, and technical schools get a slice of that budget and thus allow you to get your "free" education.

$25k max for a Bachelors + Masters or +PhD if you do it right. Some are not very smart though and take out large loans ($180k) to get some shitty degree. Med school costs the most though and is average like $200k I think, but that is paid off in a year or two with a job in that career
