It's dirt cheap desu, but I don't have a student loan to repay :^)

anybody recommend a seedbox? My isp is a bunch of throttling niggers.

>8.32 a month
>expensive
are you an actual hobo?
how can you even afford electricity, let alone a functional computer?

Don't be an Americuck

I live in Russia and my month salary is about $400

Get torguard with the code TGLIFETIME50 for half off for life

typical retard Eurotrash Mohammad trying to talk shit at every opportunity.
look here fuckface

But OpenVPN is free

>russia
>europe
also stay mad mutt

Attached: 6f0.jpg (800x526, 68K)

dude just rent a VPS and install OpenVPN on it, a droplet is like 2 euro a month

Choose the first one.
>use for one month, request your money back
>free service
>repeat on another VPN services

Go with mullvad, it's $5 and is way better

I refered you to a post where OP said he was Russian. before that you called him an "Amerimutt" and I did it to point out that your post was wrong. I thought your miniscule Islam infested dumbed down retarded brain would somehow fathom what I did.
also a huge part of Russia is in Europe, and that part is the most densely populated. there goes your shitty Europoor education in a 100+ Rank Eurotrash University, faggot. unironically I am European too and fuck this gay ass tranny pride shithole.

where in russia bro, i thought the average was $800 there?

>unironically I am European too
you're probably from some East Urop communist shithole

im from Switzerland. where are you from?

a shithole near Vladivostok

>i thought the average was $800 there?
Don't believe his lies

Bitdefender VPN sometime goes for $29 per year. it's anchor free so not much privacy if that's what you're looking for.

Are there no jobs there? In the port or with Kamchatka tour guides or smth.
Can you guys freely travel to Japan from there?

Why do you retards even need vpn? I live in Germany, providers are not allowed to slow anything down and with the new laws you can torrent as much as you want, they can only warn you nothing more lul

Because you are broke.

>vpn
snake oil

Cancel your runescape subscription and you will have enough money for it.

Private internet access is under $3 per month, if you can't afford that you shouldn't be on the internet.

Check privacytools.io
There are far cheaper VPN's than Express

PIA is botnet/NSA, wouldn't recommend. Also, not recommended by privacytools.io

Really? I thought you would be fined like 1k europoor munnys if you torrent or download illegal content.

Lmao fuck off, unless you're ISIS, the NSA/CIA give no fucks about what movies you download or the porn you're jerking it to.

Even your Loli collection is nothing more than a blip on the radar with MUCH bigger fish out there to catch. They give zero fucks about you and your insignificant downloads.

Nope they can't do shit here, ameirfat cave men :) enjoy your life in this shithole

Yes goy, use an (((American))) VPN
:^)

Mullvad is like $1/mo more than PIA. I'd rather have a VPN in non14 eyes country where I know the connection isn't being routed through NSA HQ

unless you have proof, i trust pia more than any other provider
proven twice in court against fbi they don't log

Again, what the FUCK are you doing where you think the NSA gives a fuck about you?

Either you're paranoid and retarded, or you're doing something so fucking illegal you should be in hiding for the rest of your life.

In either case, it doesn't concern 99.99999999% of people asking about VPNs on Jow Forums.

We've had this discussion before in various VPN threads, and you always chime in like a fucking retard pretending everyone needs the most secure VPN in the world. You're literally a retard.

Anything truly illegal that the NSA would give a shit about they are likely intercepting the traffic anyway, even if it is going through a non-14 eyes country. Any connection that is routed through the US at any point is being intercepted by the NSA, unless you're using RSA 4096, they can see what you're doing if they gave a shit to break your encryption.

NordVPN

Yes, a court case where all they said was they didn't have some guy's email addy in their system. What if they DID have his email? What would they have turned over then? I remember what happened to Lavabit. DO NOT TRUST AMERICAN COMPANIES THAT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PRIVACY, PERIOD.

t. PIA marketing team

Jokes on you, im from the balkans where noone bats an eye for piracy
Jokes on me actually fuck

unlimited data VPN, do they exist?

Because if they didn't give a shit, they wouldn't take the time to collect data, would they Mr. RedditSpacer?

>court case where all they said was they didn't have some guy's email addy in their system
No dumb cunt, they specifically have said twice in court, they don't keep traffic records and can't tie a specific IP address accessing content through their network to any specific content.

They said they couldn't tie it directly to any single user and so there was nothing to release.

>they wouldn't take the time to collect data
>what is metadata
kill yourself, also i've been "reddit" spacing since before reddit was even a website, it's just called decent proper fucking formatting, learn not to be retarded, it'll help you in life a lot more than using a VPN that isn't located in the US.

PIA's involvement in that case was a literal footnote, and it was strongly implied in the proceedings that they could have tied an IP to an email. And that guy was so dumb he used his dad's internet without any cover so he was bound to be caught regardless of what VPN he used. All they said was they didn't have his email on file (hmmmmm, sounds like a log is kept to me if they could say there isn't a record.... hmmmmm.... what if he had used his email?). Mullvad doesn't even require username or email so it's much, much safer than (((PIA))).

How many crosswalks and traffic lights did you have to select for this shill post? kek

>wewlad

eternally btfo

you're totally framing that in the worst way just to support your argument, good job dumb cunt

>PIA included, do not retain logs of customers’ Internet activities. This means they are unable to produce useful information in response to a subpoena.

>Arsenault told the Court that PIA accepts several payment methods, including cryptocurrency, but doesn’t keep records of customers’ names and addresses. The only thing the company holds is the email address used when the customer signs up. There was no record of Ross Colby signing up to PIA with his two known email addresses, Arsenault said.

>“Someone could create a throw-away (email) account to subscribe to us,” he added.

Nothing in that implies that they keep records, only that if he had used his REAL email address to sign up, they could have more easily tied him to PIA. But as you noted, it didn't matter since he wasn't always using a VPN anyway when accessing his shit.

I pay about $30 per year for my VPN (PIA's prices might have gone up slightly so maybe like $35 now, idk) so yeah $8.32 a month is pretty expensive actually

>wew lad

>5 shekels have been deposited to your PIA shill account

>believing what an American tech company says

Attached: 1479797532957.jpg (640x559, 23K)

Better than being a retard who has to misconstrue a court case to support their demonstrably wrong opinion.

Look, I freely admit, PIA is not as secure as other VPNs, but the question is, what level of security do YOU need?

No one in here NEEDS anything more than PIA, they just enjoy LARPing that they're important enough for the NSA to give a shit when in reality, no one gives a fuck about them.

The point is, any American tech company is subject to secret FISA court orders and gag orders. The Lavabit case is prime example of this. There is no way an American tech company can guarantee privacy in such an environment, no matter how much you screech and moan. If the NSA wants every piece of data from PIA or wants to tap their servers, believe me, it will happen. Smart people use non14 eyes VPN services, like Mullvard.

The point is, if all you're doing is downloading shit, and avoiding region blocks, which is 99% of what people are using a VPN for. PIA is perfectly fine.

Why should I waste money on something I have no use for? PIA is by far the cheapest and best VPN to use for torrents and region blocked content.

I like AirVPN. Never had a problem with them.

Express VPN is OK but some of the servers are kind of overused and definitely blocked, lmao. Was useful in China but I canceled my account ASAP.

best of luck

Why is OP so poor?

Who knows?

>>they wouldn't take the time to collect data
>>what is metadata
Metadata is data. You also didn't address the question. Why would they go through all the trouble of keeping tabs on people they didn't care about?

>kill yourself, also i've been "reddit" spacing since before reddit was even a website, it's just called decent proper fucking formatting, learn not to be retarded, it'll help you in life a lot more than using a VPN that isn't located in the US.
It's not proper formatting. That's not how proper formatting works. Paragraphs are not just a sentence. Not only that, you don't even know how to use proper capitalization or punctuation. Don't fucking talk shit to people when your ignorance is as obvious as a big turd smeared all over your face. Furthermore, typing like a moron before Reddit was invented isn't an excuse to continue doing so. This is as retarded as saying it's okay to have HIV because you had it before you were diagnosed.

>pays $20/year to post here
>can't afford $1/mo extra for mullvard

>Why would they go through all the trouble of keeping tabs on people they didn't care about?
They're not, they bulk collect the data, they have no ability to actually process this data in bulk, they simply store the data and IF later they find reason to suspect some of the data they collected might be relevant, they go back and process the potentially relevant data to look for evidence of specific crimes being committed.

They're not bulk collecting data and sorting through it into a personal folder with your name and SSN or anything like that. They simply dont have the processing power for that.

Also, nice reddit spacing kid

>can't afford $1/mo extra for mullvard
It's not about what I can afford, it's about why would I waste money on something I don't need or use?

I use PIA, PIA is faster, PIA has use.
I use Jow Forums, 4chanpass is faster, 4chanpass has use.

Mullvard is the same shit as PIA but costs more, therefore has no use.

Tks for yr estimated advice, above all after the VeraCrypt hard shill some days ago.

No need to thank me op.

>Mullvard is the same shit as PIA
It actually has better features, but whatever

In what way?

It's a VPN, what "features" can they possibly offer?

>accepts cash as a payment option
>no email or username
>both openVPN and wireguard compatible
>servers in many different countries
>no limit on speed or bandwidth
>exempt from EU data retention law
>outside 14 eyes

>what "features" can they possibly offe

Keeping log files?

I pay €4 per month with NordVPN.

nord is one of the shadiest vpn providers around, along with proton. there are only a handful of vpns worth using.

Just buy a VPS retard. VPN are designed with easier spying

Not OP but interested in going this route after having used PIA for a few years and having it flagged as being a VPN on many sites.

Is there a quick guide that you trust and would recommend? I'm not a Linux server administrator or anything, but I know a few commands.

Ugh i am sick of pidorashkas

Cause it ain’t your mum lol

Most sites that flag PIA also flag most VPS's at least the cheap ones

Just host one yourself by getting a dirt cheap raspberry pi

Too bad. Expensive ones mean you have your own ip and dedicated server?
How much we talking? And can it be linked back to me by the hosting company?

Get a job

This guy is funny, holy shit, hehe

$15+ per month
Yes it's directly tied to you and your IP address will be the only one accessing it.
And not necessarily dedicated servers, but that's the most likely to not have the IP pre-range banned

Worth it to me. Which host(s) would you recommend? Sorry for the spoon-feeding.

this is a solid deal at $30/yr

I've used whatbox for a while. Good speed and UI, has ssh and VPN support, etc. But that's all I've used so I have nothing to compare it with.

Depends entirely on the site you plan on accessing with it.

There is no single answer, and it could easily run $50+/month if the site you're accessing is particularly beset by VPN users in which case they'll range ban pretty much any well known VPN and VPS provider IP ranges.

nordvpn is like 3$ per month if you buy it during a promo for 3 years, vpns are cheap

>I want to hide my activity
>Let me just route all of my traffic through this proxy that has my name, address and credit card attached to it!

VPNs are a fucking joke.

I pay $3/month for Nord

They're not meant for you to plan a terrorist attack or steal banking information. It's meant for you to avoid shitty region blocks and shitty ISPs yelling at you for torrenting.

Anything requiring ACTUAL security obviously shouldn't be using this type of VPN

>Region blocks
Into the gulag comrade, the VPN gave us all the records!
>Torrenting
Into the courts pirate, the VPN gave the RIAA and MPAA all the records!

Proton is free but overall seems to good to be true. Anyone have a verdict on it?

if a product is free ...

Cheap but slow, do not buy.

Lmao, youre an actual retard. They'd be arresting 30%+ of adults

I use neoseedbox, they wont allow upload to public trackers (its allowed only while torrent is downloading), they also have different clients, vpn, rapidleech and some other leechers for newsgroups etc, its a no frills service that does the job

>Nord
Unironically this.

nord is cheap as fuck for a reason. they collect your data and sell it, and also use virtual servers.

t. PIA marketing department

>he fell for the fake news

Most paid vpn ips are banned on private trackers and PRC. Pointless thread.
