So I got this garbage ass seagate hdd a month ago and I can't stand the noise anymore. It's the loudest thing in the block after my neighbor's porn-filming sessions. Is there any way to force some bad sectors onto it or some other shit so I can claim the warranty?

Not really, if a sector is bad you can force a write with hdparam and the hdd firmware should see the failed write and mark it as bad. But I don't think you can forcibly mark sectors as bad. Maybe you can short a pin somewhere to kill a chip?
