Technology has become very easy to use, and instructions to learn how to do so are everywhere, in many different formats, paid or free, digital or paper, long-form and detailed, or short and cookbook-style, etc.
It just requires some HUMILITY to accept that you'll have to stop and learn, and it requires some FOCUS.

I used computers in the 90s and I don't remember being required to solve IRQ conflicts. I guess I was just lucky all my address ports were properly assigned by the vendor. I'm guessing this was something encountered in the enterprise world more than consumer world, I seem to recall hearsay that SCSI controllers were a shitshow because no vendor would agree on where the address should be located.
Cars are actually recycled quite effectively as most parts are made of metal or something that can be melted down and reused. As for the products of other industry? Stuff like computer parts just get sent overseas rather than recycled: youtube.com
