I don't know! I tried learning Java for about two years and didn't get far. Just put things together that seem fun and i'm sure you'll have made a game. ᴵ ᵗʰᶦnᵏ ᵃnʸʷᵃʸ.

I kinda doubt this will blow up. Jow Forums isn't the kind of board that gets shit done, so we'll have 1-3 games at best. I'll "try" to come up with something, but most likely i'll give up before anything good comes of it.

I know the chances of success aren't the highest but i'd be happy with even just one game, heck even an alpha of a prototype of a demo. But you should give it a go. Rember you don't have to code it from the ground up. Just summit something and have fun! That's the spirit!
Most boards are never productive and on those that do get the occasional burst, rare does shit ever actually get done. It'd be entertaining and we might see some interesting concepts if individuals actually participate, I just hope that project aren't made about soulless ideas just so that Touhou Project would get shoe-horned in there.

Vertical scrolling bullet hell game, had to make it with player as a jet fighter and enemies as tanks / other jets though - didn't want to reveal my power level in a professional environment. I think I'll try maybe something up with GDevelop for the first time. I've never really made an own game with a drag and drop program and neither with something else.

My game is coming along nicely. Finished the beginning area and it looks pretty nice imo. Think it should be finished before the deadline (the 5th wasn't it?) if i keep at it. Remember to eat your carrots bum~
