Stop bloating a text editor to hell and back, vi is enough for text editing needs. If you want emacs then use emacs instead of spawning the Frankensteins monster that is Vim and its derivatives.

The cursor thing it does is pretty cool.

So far the one thing that stands out to me as being better is that if I am in insert mode and quickly hit "O" it is very responsive. In vim, it hangs. I do that very regularly, so that has always bothered me about vim.

Okay today is the day I give neovim a try. What plugin manager to I use? I am used to Vundle, but honestly never really thought it was amazing.
